Right-click the .exe and select Run as administrator. If SmartScreen shows a warning click More info → Run anyway — the installer is signed by Cudo Ventures Ltd.
A blank screen at launch is usually caused by outdated GPU drivers or a missing Visual C++ Redistributable. Update your NVIDIA or AMD drivers via GeForce Experience or AMD Adrenalin, install the latest Visual C++ Redistributable from microsoft.com, then reboot and relaunch CudoMiner.
If the progress bar freezes during installation, wait 3 minutes — large GPU driver components can take time. If still stuck, open Task Manager, end any CudoMiner processes, delete the temp folder at %TEMP%\CudoMiner, and restart the installer as Administrator.
Yes. Your wallet addresses, Vault configuration, Markdown worker notes and account settings are stored server-side in your CudoMiner account — not locally. Simply uninstall, reinstall, sign in with your existing credentials and all your settings, notes and earnings history will be restored automatically.
